Nicolas assists domestic and international clients with drafting and prosecuting patent applications and developing intellectual property strategies that align with client's business objectives, ensuring the protection and monetization of their inventions and intellectual property assets.

Prior to joining Osha Bergman Watanabe & Burton, Dr. Marquez Peraca worked at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, Maryland as a Guest Researcher and at Meta in Cork, Ireland as a Research Scientist Intern.
